In much the same way as conventional chickens,
the quality of duck hitting the shelves has plummeted in recent years. Fat, glutinous, sloppy meat with very little taste.
It is no wonder sales of fresh duck have fallen dramatically.
Our ducks are completely free range, reared outdoors with plenty of space and ready access to water whenever they wish.We only rear in small numbers and therefore these are extremely limited.
The difference is staggering!
