Organic Beef

Our organic beef is the perfect example of what the correct mixture of both quality farming and expert butchering can delver in terms of taste and texture. All our organic cattle come from our farm or when demand requires it other local organic farms in the Soth West. It is then hung for a minimum of 21 days ensuring a top qualtiy product.

We have all of our best selling cuts of beef in a range of sizes. However, if you cannot find the cut of meat or weight you require please do not hessiate to contact us and we will be able to cater for your needs.
